  Initially brought in as a two-time improvisation workshop facilitator, I was soon asked to join the company part-time as Program Director to work with ages 11-14 in introductory level theatre training; within seven months I was offered the full-time position of Youth Theatre Program Manager, then within the next year promoted to Director of Education.  With ever-expanding responsibilities, generally I:

 

¡        prepared lesson plans and taught theatre and play writing to middle and high school students;

¡        developed after-play talk back structures

¡        budgeted for programs; wrote grants; compiled/wrotereports for funding sources;

¡        created company specific age appropriate theatre training/playwriting curriculum for ages 5-18;
